Eight steps towards a new product
Each new development runs through an accurately defined process – from the initial analysis to the final production.
- Problem analysis:
Detailed analysis of the problem focused on measures, requirements and known limitations.
- Function definition:
Definition of required range of functions including all mechanical, electrical, control-related and communicative aspects.
- Design proposal:
Development of a concept proposal to be realised in accordance with the range of function and the given basic conditions.
- Concept simulation:
Development of a simulation model based on the design proposal to verify critical physical and technical aspects.
- Development:
Implementation of the results from the concept simulation into electronic and mechanical components to create prototypes.
- System integration:
Integration into the existing machine installation for function tests.
- Production:
Installation of component production in in-house production and testing lines.
- Delivery/Service:
Own support team for all products and developments from RITTER Elektronik.
